The Hidden Hills market activity picked up in September as the Fed cut interest rates,
Houses sell when there is a meeting of the minds between the buyer and the seller. It is important to note that all recent sales closed below the asking price.
This is not a traditional market. There is pent up buyer demand. We will probably see more activity with additional rate cuts.
As always, pricing is key. Properly priced homes sell.
